When it comes to one-on-one physical therapy or occupational therapy there’s no better choice than Home Stretch Physical Therapy. Why? Your body is unique, and our friendly, skilled and experienced therapists know the benefit of continuity of care. By engaging in one-on-one sessions with the same therapist, we streamline the rehabilitation process to maximize both convenience and effectiveness.
